How it Works--
1. ASSESSMENT
You will receive all necessary online and paper forms, and you have up to 3 months to complete the battery at home on your schedule. Most clients spend about 3 hours total.
2. ANALYSIS
We analyze your results, integrate your responses and history, and prepare a written report with your characteristics, prioritized career options, and practical next steps.
3. ALIGNMENT
We meet (video conference ~ 60 minutes) to review the results, discuss suggested careers and directions you might take. Appointments are scheduled weekdays between 10 am and 4pm.
Then we mail your printed report.
Typical turnaround from returned, completed assessments to mailed report is 3-5 weeks.

About the process
How long will the whole process take?A: Each client has up to 3 months to complete all assessments, after which we analyze and interpret your results. We then schedule a live interaction with you. Following that, we mail out your written report. The entire time from returning your assessments to receiving your report is typically 3 to 5 weeks.

Is my data private?Yes. Assessment data and reports are confidential and will not be shared without your permission.
What is your payment/refund policy?Payment is required in advance. Because single-use test codes and administrative work are incurred, refunds are limited once tests are assigned or analysis begins.
