WHAT WE DO
- Career testing with Personality Science was created in order to help individuals learn more about themselves and the career directions in which they will be satisfied and happy.
- Ms. DeBrota's “whole person” career testing approach involves in-depth analysis of personality, interests, values, and personal history.
- She can give you insight into who you are, careers you may find fulfilling, and characteristics you should look for in a college or work environment.
HOW IT WORKS
- You complete a battery of career assessments, personality tests, and inventories in the privacy of your home.
- Ms. DeBrota then holds a focused and tailored personal consultation with each client and makes career recommendations based on the results. (Most consultations are approximately one hour on video conferencing or over the telephone.)
- Each client receives a multi-page report describing their personality, interests, values, and a selection of careers that would be a good fit.
